1 structural level of planting roof

the structural level of planting roof generally includes roof structural layer, slope making layer, thermal insulation layer, leveling layer, ordinary waterproof layer, root puncture resistant square water layer, drainage (storage) layer, planting medium layer and vegetation layer. In addition, layers such as gas barrier and isolation layer can be set as required. See Figure 1 for the composition of each structural level of the planting roof

2.1 construction of roof structural layer

2.2 construction of thermal insulation layer

for the construction of plate-shaped thermal insulation layer, the base course should be flat, dry and clean, and the dry laid plate-shaped thermal insulation material should be firmly pasted on the base course, paved and padded; For plates laid in layers, the joints between the upper and lower layers shall be staggered and filled with similar materials; Stick the plate-shaped thermal insulation material, and the adhesive should be compatible with the thermal insulation material, and stick it tightly and firmly. Each compartment must be paved continuously at one time, and the operator shall not leave without authorization according to the design; Good slope. 2.4 construction of ordinary waterproof layer

2.4.1 basic requirements for construction of ordinary waterproof layer

the coiled material and base course of ordinary waterproof layer can be paved empty. When the slope is greater than 10%, it must be fully adhered. The base course of waterproof coiled material waterproof layer with hot melt method or adhesive shall be dry and clean. When the roof slope is less than 15%, the coiled material shall be paved parallel to the ridge; When it is more than 15%, the coiled material shall be paved vertically to the ridge. The upper and lower layers of coiled materials shall not be laid vertically to each other. The lap joint of waterproof coiled material shall be sealed with sealing material compatible with the base material. The end of coiled material should be fixed with batten nails. At the internal and external corners, water outfalls, protruding roof pipe roots, flashing, gutters, eaves gutters, deformation joints and other detailed structures, a waterproof reinforcement layer should be set before the construction of the waterproof layer, and the material of the reinforcement layer should be homogeneous or compatible with the material of the large-area waterproof layer; Pipes and embedded parts extending out of the roof shall be installed before waterproof construction. For example, a waterproof reinforcement layer shall be added under the base of the post installed equipment, and the waterproof layer and protective layer shall not be damaged during construction. For the construction environment of waterproof materials, synthetic polymer waterproof coiled materials should not be constructed when the ambient temperature is lower than 5 ℃; The ambient temperature of hot-melt construction of polymer modified asphalt waterproof membrane should not be lower than -10 ℃; The construction ambient temperature of reactive synthetic polymer coating should be 5~35 ℃. Waterproof materials are strictly forbidden to be constructed in rainy and snowy days, and when the wind is level 5 or above

2.4.2 hot melt construction of polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material

the ambient temperature of hot melt construction of polymer modified asphalt waterproof coiled material shall not be lower than -10 ℃. When paving the coiled material, it should be flat and straight without distortion, and the lap width of the long side and the short side should not be less than 100 mm; The flame heating shall be uniform, and the degree of melting the asphalt on the coil surface to bright black shall be taken as the degree, and the coil shall not be under fired or over heated; After the hot melting of the surface of the coiled material, it shall be rolled immediately. When rolling, the air under the coiled material shall be removed immediately, and it shall be rolled and pasted firmly; The lap joint of coiled material shall be uniform and straight with the overflow of hot-melt modified asphalt; When the strip bonding method is adopted for construction, the bonding surface between each coiled material and the base shall not be less than two, and each width shall not be less than 150 mm

sbs, APP modified asphalt waterproof coiled material hot melt construction points are as follows:

(1) the cement mortar leveling layer must be solid and flat, without looseness, bulging, surface bulging or serious roughness. If the flatness of the base is poor or sanding, it must be removed; The base course shall be dry and the moisture content shall be within 9%; Clean up before construction; The internal corners shall be plastered with cement mortar into a splayed shape, and the water permeable parts such as the drainage outlet and the through wall pipe shall be strengthened

(2) brush the base course treatment agent on the dry base course, which is required to be uniformly painted at one time

(3) first place the coiled material in the correct position, light the blowtorch (the blowtorch is about 0.3 mm away from the coiled material), and heat the coiled material and the base layer with the blowtorch, and the heating should be uniform. After the surface of the coiled material melts, roll it forward immediately and carefully sew it. Pay special attention to edges and complex parts to prevent edge warping. The construction process of double-layer method is basically the same as that of single-layer method, but it should be staggered with the joint of coiled material when paving the second layer, and the staggered position should not be less than 0.3 M

(4) the hot-melt construction of waterproof coiled materials should strengthen safety protection to prevent fire and industrial accidents. It is not suitable for construction due to strong wind and temperature lower than -15 ℃. The management of blowtorch, gasoline and kerosene should be strengthened

2.4.3 construction of self-adhesive waterproof coiled material

before the self-adhesive waterproof coiled material is paved, the base treatment is the same as that in the construction process of SBS and APP modified asphalt waterproof coiled material. Tear away the isolation paper on the bottom of the self-adhesive when paving the coiled material; When paving the coiled material, the air under the self-adhesive coiled material should be eliminated, and the rolling process should be used to paste firmly; The coiled material paved shall be flat and straight, without distortion and wrinkles, and the lap width of the long side and the short side shall not be less than 100 mm; During low-temperature construction, the facade, large slope and overlapping parts should be heated by hot air fan and pasted firmly

the construction process of self-adhesive waterproof coiled material by wet paving method is as follows:

(1) base course treatment: the base course should be free of dust, debris, sanding and pulverization. If the base course is dry, it should be watered before construction, and if there is open water, it should be removed first

(2) prepare adhesive

① if there is no leveling layer for the base course, 10~20 mm cement mortar can be used as the leveling layer and binder, and the cement and coarse sand are mechanically mixed at the ratio of 1:2. When batching, you can also add 15% - 25% polymer lotion by weight of cement, or 2% - 3% redispersible emulsion powder by weight of cement, which has better bonding effect

② if the base course is smooth and flat, polymer cement slurry can be used as binder

Formula 1: cement: polymer lotion: water = 10 kg: 2 kg: 3~3.5 kg

formula 2: cement: redispersible emulsion powder: water = 10 kg: 0.25 kg: 4 kg

(3) paving coiled materials

if cement mortar is used as the binder, the coiled materials and adjacent coiled materials are butt jointed in parallel, and there is no need to overlap up and down; If the polymer cement slurry is used as the binder, the single-sided self-adhesive coiled material can be overlapped, but the double-sided self-adhesive coiled material with a width of 150 mm should be paved under the joint of the coiled material at the lap joint of the short side; Butt joint method can be adopted in the construction of double-sided self-adhesive coiled material. The parapet and other facade parts that need protection should adopt double-sided self-adhesive coiled materials

when cement mortar is used as the binder, the surface of the coiled material shall be patted with a wooden trowel or a rubber plate, and the slurry shall be lifted to discharge the air under the coiled material, so that the coiled material and cement mortar are closely bonded. This process is not necessary when polymer cement is used as binder. When lapping in parallel, the coiled material needs to be sealed with a 150mm wide sealing strip. If the lap joint is polluted, it needs to be cleaned up. The end of parapet shall be fixed with metal batten and sealed with sealant

2.4.4 cold bonding construction of synthetic polymer waterproof coiled material

the ambient temperature of cold bonding construction of synthetic polymer waterproof coiled material should not be lower than 5 ℃. When paving coiled materials, the base course adhesive shall be painted on the base course and the bottom surface of coiled materials, and it is required to be painted evenly; The coiled material shall be paved smoothly and straightly, and shall not be folded, twisted or stretched; The air under the coiled material shall be removed by rolling process and pasted firmly; The lap width of the long side and the short side of the coil shall not be less than 100 mm; Lap seams shall be sealed with sealing materials with compatible material properties

2.4.5 construction of synthetic polymer waterproof coating

synthetic polymer waterproof coating can be constructed by scraping or spraying. When the scraping method is used for construction, the directions of the two coats of coating shall be perpendicular to each other, and the coating thickness shall be uniform. The second coat can be applied after the first coat is dry. When the slope of the roof is greater than 15%, the reactive curing polymer waterproof coating should be selected

2.5 construction of root puncture resistant waterproof layer

2.5.1 basic requirements for construction of root puncture resistant waterproof layer

(1) protective measures should be taken on the root puncture resistant waterproof layer, and the requirements are as follows:

① when fine aggregate concrete is used as the protective layer, an isolation layer should be laid under the protective layer

② when using cement mortar as protective layer, dividing joints should be set, and the spacing of dividing joints should be 6 m

③ when polyethylene film and polyester non-woven fabric are used as the protective layer, the empty paving method should be selected for construction, and the overlapping width should not be less than 200 mm

(2) when used on slope, anti slip measures must be taken

(3) when the asphalt waterproof roll resistant to the root prick waterproof layer is combined with the asphalt waterproof roll of the ordinary waterproof layer, the hot-melt method is used for construction.
